Yes, it should be possible.

You need to set the DJGPP environment variable and add the DJGPP's
`bin' directory to PATH.  How you do this is not important.

For example, if the DOS box Properties have the "Batch file" property,
you could create a batch file which sets up these two things and put
its name into that property.  That would cause Windows to run this
batch file each time you open a DOS box.
