Except that the process of linking CWSDPMI r5 into an app _changes_
the binary (otherwise, ld == cat).

Doesn't the GPL require those who redistribute the software to also
redistribute all tools that are needed to rebuild the software, except
for what comes with the OS?  I don't see Turbo C 2.x in my MS-DOS 6.22
distribution.
