Yep.  However, in this case, I think we need to change the functions
to use the entire screen, rather than fix the docs.

_mono_printf is like cprintf: you need to use explicit \r to move the
cursor to the left margin.  Say _mono_printf("\r\n"), and it will do
what you want.
