Why, `_flush_disk_cache', of course ;-)

If you want it portable rather than lean and mean, and want to make
sure all DOS buffers are committed to disk as well, call `sync', it
invokes `_flush_disk_cache' internally.

Hmm, this means that the example of using `_flush_disk_cache' in the
Info docs is misleading; I will fix that.
