But Wolf3D is not a compiler.  Your explanation doesn't explain why it was
given as part of an answer.  

And yes, what I say is correct.  The only software available from Borland for
free is available on their community.borland.com/museum page.  If you find it
anywhere else on the Internet, it's pir8, and thus illegal.
