VESA didn't define that mode in their 2.0 document, and, in fact, stated that
it wouldn't define any more in the future.  Consequently, well-written software
should not even assume that a particular mode is associated with any particular
number -- it should examine the list of available modes and pick the one that
has the desired characteristics.
