hmmm, not quite clear on what your asking, but if your referring to
"windowed" graphics...

Its a Win32 port of GCC. Ive compiled a few Win32 OpenGL apps with it
& I like it. There are DX libs included also(only god know what
version), but as I dont use DX, I cant comment on how the apps
compiles, links, executes the API.
