The problem is that DJGPP is a heavily overloaded term.

When spoken in context like this (``the LGPL means *you* must provide
the latest DJGPP''), DJGPP is not a compiler.  It is what djdevNNN.zip
and djlsrNNN.zip include.  95% of that is the DJGPP library.
