Provide DJGPP?

Provide glibc?  I mentioned "mirror the parts of glibc you use".

If DJGPP must be distributed to satisfy the GNU licenses, then so
must (say) Borland C++, Watcom C++, or MS Visual C++, and this is
a violation of their respective EULAs.
