IIRC, the ISC is still in charge of BIND, so the URL would be 
http://www.isc.org (I can't verify ATM, so hopefully I'll be corrected if 
incorrect). Also, I don't think v9 is out of beta yet, so YMMV.

I wish you luck, and let me know (in private email) how it works for you. 
I, too, have been interested in DDNS.
