Does anyone know of a net site hosting a server that will change your IP
for a login, and provide you with that same IP each time you log in with
no one else being capable of using it.  I'd really appreciate this.  


Static Ips could be used as a basic server to make rudimentary(or quite
industrius) non-server based net games.


Props to you guys that helped me find libsocket... I'm only a bajillion
steps away from releasing non profit net games that are punches to
corporations, but one more step would be cool.
