Richard Dawe's DJGPP version of the sockets library can be found at
http://www.libsocket.tsx.org/

Keep in mind that it is still an early beta release. While some things are
already working smoothly, it is probably not yet ready to use for serious
Internet apps (and it seems it better at handling UDP the TCP at the
moment).
