Of course not. djgpp is a DOS compiler. To create windows apps. you'll
need a different compiler like MinGW32, or install RSXNTDJ.

I think MinGW32 or Cygwin could do this, but I don't use either of
them. I'm not sure if RSXNTDJ can create DLL's, because I've never
been interested in trying this.
Oh, obviously, M$ VC will also create DLL's for you.

IIRC ``Turbo c'' and ``Borland c'' are two different programs and only
the latter can create Windows apps.
