This is okay.

You don't need to modify DJGPP.ENV: it is already set up to do
everything automatically, provided that the DJGPP enviroment variable
is set correctly, as you already did.

So just reboot your machine, and DJGPP should work for you.  If it
doesn't, please post here the description of any problems you might
encounter.
