Oopps!. Thanks. Really there is support for that in the NetPbm
distribution, I only had to uncomment a define in the main include. Now
I have a working DJGPP NetPbm. I have to work on the tiff stub, mail
some patches to the NetPbm maintainer and I will release a beta.
