General rules of thumb:
- Put it on the first partition of a hard drive (fastest access); make sure
to run SpeedDisk or scandisk after changing its size so that there's no
fragmentation
- Make it about twice the size of your RAM; this is not an absolute, but
I've found that if you use this rule, Windows will need to resize it VERY
rarely.
