In the section 'Installing the Binary Distribution' it doesn't say that
you need bash. It only says that you need bash in the source distribution
section. How can I make this clearer?

texinfo is a DJGPP package - both install-info and info come in this
package, so if you install the texinfo package, you will have everything
you need to use libsocket's info docs.

BTW it's called libsocket, not libsock.
