It's all in the DJGPP FAQ (section 4.4): get v2gnu/bsh203b.zip for
Bash.

As for Texinfo, you already have it; what libsock needs is the
makeinfo.exe program which comes with txi40b.zip, the same package
where you get info.exe and install-info.exe.
