Update to gdb-5.0 was not so carefully tested. So it appeared that 
1.4.7.6 was worse than 1.4.7.5. I hope it will be better with 1.4.7.7
now

Yes, but Robert had some plans about 1.5 AFAIK (I don't know details 
though).

Also there seems that we have some debugging related memory 
corruption (that is mostly triggered by breakpoint). I didn't suceed to 
find why (and where) it happens. It would be nice to fix it.
