Well win2k (alias windows NT 5.0) unfortunately severely limits hardware
acesss by dos programs(so that tit would be more stable ;))...so most
probably DOS programs that need to acesss a lot of hardware like allegro
won't work...

I haven't tried it myself, but maybe if you use the DirectX version of
Allegro your program might work under windoze 2000...

BTW A good solution would involve ditching that monstrosity win2k and
installing the much faster and less memory intensive win98 if
possible.....
