Hi, I'm having more problems with the string class. I am using <string>, but am finding that the class string has very little useful functionality. I'm wondering if I'm missing something, or if I'm supposed to create a subclass of string to add methods to acquire substrings of the main string (i.e. a before(pos) method to return a string containing the left part of a string). I must be missing something, because I can't see creating a subclass of string every time you need a little less generic functionality. Any information you could provide for me would be useful, thanks Heavy heavier AT hotmail DOT com
