Announcing dzcomm 0.9.6.

The latest version of a serial communication package to go with the allegro
WIP series.

Features:

   - interrupt driven
   - FIFO support (if your chip supports it)
   - XON/XOFF flow control.
   - RTS/CTS flow control.
   - software buffers for input and output data streams
   - any base address/irq combinations
   - multiple numbers of comm handlers at the same time.
   - IRQ sharing between different RS-232 channels for multiport cards that
     support it.
   - Works under Linux as well.
   - User access functions so the user does not need to alter the internal
     structures directly.
   - Unlimited number of ports.
   - Ability to issue break signals.
   - Improved documentation.
   - Freeware (full C source).
