There are even 2 binary archives there built in 2 different ways:

	gp371dj2.zip
	gp371djg.zip

First one is built using Makefile generated by configure (it is run from
djconfig.sh included in source distribution). The second one is built
using included Makefile.dj2 (if I remeber correctly)

You can find gnuplot sources and binaries at any CTAN mirror
(www.ctan.org) or look at www.gnuplot.org
