Solutions:
1) Use a project.
2) Download RHIDE 1.4.7.5 (http://www.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html)

Nah... just run RHIDE from the directory where you want to get the exe, also:
usually you don't need to setup any directory is you put the sources and objects
in the same directory where the exe will be created. That's the simplest way to
use RHIDE.
