My experience is that I pretty much have to read the code
to be able to understand it enough to be able to use it.
Otherwise I'm just blindly calling functions that don't do
what I want then to do. Then I get frustrated and give up.

Essentially I find code to do what I want and then I
cut and paste alot. I'm not sure, but a huge lib may cause
slow linking because of so many functions to search though
and I really hate waiting for an executable.

Anyway, good luck making the lib. Maybe you can put it
on the web somewhere and post a link to it. If you find it
useful, maybe others will too.
