Your following questions indicate that you have not read the file
readme.1st or the FAQ, please do so beacuse they will answer a lot.
If these are not on your CD you can download them from www.delorie.com
> How do I compile it?
This is answered in section 1 of the FAQ.
> Does DJGPP run under Windows 98?
Yes, in a DOS box.

From the start menu, choose Programs - MS-DOS Prompt. This will bring
up a DOS box where you can run any of the DJGPP programs.
> Does DJGPP have a create file feature?
You mean like "Wizards" in MSVC? No.
> Does it only run under DOS?
Yes. But of course, it will run in a DOS box under W95/98.

Anywhere you see fit. Create a directory somewhere suitable and use
that. DJGPP places no restrictions except that the files must be
accessible through the DOS command line.

No idea. Ask the publisher.

Please read the file readme.1st and section 1 of the FAQ, you can
download them from http://www.delorie.com/djgpp (follow the link to
the Zip-Picker). While you are there, you might decide to download
the latest version of DJGPP. If you need more help please post again.
