The symptoms I saw involved only timing out while trying to access the
site. I.E., Netscape would say, "Connecting to ....." after you type
in or paste the url, but the server never responded, so Netscape would
time out, saying the server was either too busy or not responding.
This happened both on weekday evenings and weekend daytimes and
evenings. Since this is a ".edu" site, I wonder if their web
bandwidth is just too busy from all the MP3 downloading going on at
universities these days?
I do not use IE at all, so I cannot tell you if it has the same
problem. I did not contact the site maintainers, since WSFTP_LE got
me to the site without any problems.
