Thanks for your report and suggestions.

However, I need to understand this problem some more to put something
intelligent into the FAQ.  I would like to avoid saying something
mysterious like ``don't use Netscape with that site''; AFAIK, there
should be no problems using FTP protocol from a Web browser.

So please tell more details.  Perhaps this is a bug specific to some
version of Netscape, but not others.  Does IE have the same problem?
Did someone try to look at the specific error message, or contact the
site maintainers and ask them about the reasons?  Etc., etc.
