This is an old version, and it's not a DJGPP port of a linker, it's an 
RSXNTDJ port.  Don't use it.  It's not on your PATH, anyway.

So you need to download and install v2gnu/bnu2951b.zip, which comes with 
ld.exe (and also with as.exe, the assembler, which is also required for 
compiling programs).
