I wish to thank
Waldemar Schultz <schultz AT mathematik DOT tu-muenchen DOT de>
for his intriguing 'StrRev()' routine.
I have implemented it into a small test program, and it
appears to work fine.
Certainly looks different than the usual approach; and that makes
it nice.

As to the discussion of Libc being in ASCII text-format:

I was impressed with Allegro 3.12, for even they provide
a purely ASCII form of their lib docs!!
I vote for a purely (and HIGHLY USEFUL) ASCII form of Libc...

now where did I put that tex->text utility!
