There are some sources for LFN available, at
http://members.xoom.com/dosuser, for example.

But your question is incorrect. LFN is an OS feature, not a computer's
hardware and/or computer makers'. LFN is not present in older OSes (MSDOS
for example) and there won't be official support for LFN in MSDOS because
MSDOS is outdated and not in development anymore. Moreover, MSDOS is being
killed my M$, so... :)
