You could download the port of GNU findutils and fileutils to allow you to
use this command under DOS. To do this, download the following files:

ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/csdpmi4b.zip
ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/djdev203.zip
ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/fil316b.zip
ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/find41b.zip

Then read the install instructions in djdev203.zip, to set up the DJGPP
environment.

Hope this helps, bye,
