This is the wrong newsgroup if you want to write a Windows virtual device
driver (VxD) - try comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.vxd instead. DLLs aren't
supported as standard by DJGPP, but you can get libraries to add support -
see the DJGPP FAQ:
