Looks like you made some mistake when you put those two lines into
autoexec.bat. Your PATH is now broken, it doesn't have the C:\WINDOWS
directory in it, any longer. At least that's what the error message
immediately suggests. To be sure, we'll have to see your autoexec.bat
(in the 'non-working' stage), or at least the two lines added for DJGPP
installation.
