I was talking about section 4.4, where the packages are listed.  It 
references GCC 2.95.2.

The references to GCC 2.96 which you mentioned are correct: they describe 
the features in the GCC snapshots that will be released as version 2.96.  
Unlike CWSDPMI, these GCC snapshots can be downloaded and compiled, if 
anyone wants those features right now.
