AFAIK, they've just dumped support for true real-mode, and DOS programs
will still work in a DOS box.
If this is not true, then you may as well use W2K instead since that
can run at least some DOS apps in a V86 box.

Alternatively, something like BOCHS or VMware or Plex86 can be used to
create a virtual environment for DOS apps that need true real mode.
