Put this into your .emacs and restart Emacs:

(setq c-default-style "bsd")

This is all in the on-line manual of cc-mode, btw.

The on-line manual of cc-mode also includes a description of an 
interactive procedure whereby you should be able to define any style of 
indentation you can think of, in case none of the built-in styles fits
your needs/desires.
