This is a known problem that occurs with DJGPP distributions that come with
books. Please get stubify.exe and put it in djgpp/bin directory. Or what would
be even better IMHO would be to download the latest version of DJGPP (v2.03).
And don't forget to get the DJGPP FAQ as well. In fact, the FAQ mentions the
solution to your problem.
