Goto: www.delorie.com
and goto the Zip-picker.

This page is pretty simple and well designed.

Downloading the bare min.

 Don't need any of these yet.

*Would you like gdb, the text-mode GNU debugger? You don't need it if you
get RHIDE.

No..  Extra documentation formats (texi, dvi, html, ps)

No.. Allegro - game graphics/sound/keyboard
No.. GRX - Graphics Library (points, lines, etc)
No.. BCCtoGRX - for porting Borland Graphics programs
No.. RSX - Windows GUI programs
No.. Unix Curses Emulator

Then click on "Tell me..."

You can find out how to install but reading the text that comes with the
downloading.
