If You're really sure You want gcc-2.7.2.1 You can look at

ftp://x2ftp.oulu.fi/pub/msdos/programming/djgpp/v2gnu/

They seem to have been stopped mirroring DJGPP distribution rather 
long time ago, but they still have such outdated version.

Otherwise download gcc-2.95.2. Also note that more likely no one 
will answer to questions about so old version (or will only suggest to
upgrade)
