you can do a "do_gcc.bat" with :
            gpp.exe %1.cpp -o%1.exe

and in editplus, in pref, in user tools :
        >> add program
in command :
            ####do_gcc.bat
(where #### is the path of do_gcc.bat, for exemple c:\djgpp\do_gcc.bat)
in arg :
            $(FileDir)\$(FileNameNoExt)

Now you can compile with a click...
