gpc20b is completely outdated. It works with gcc-2.7.2,1 not gcc-2.95.2.

There were Pascal support in DJGPP port of egcs-1.1.2 that was for some 
time in DJGPP distribution but unfortunatelly DJ removed archives from
it. No Pascal support in DJGPP port of gcc-2.95.X yet.
