Deleted it.  Still loads Explorer.exe

The PIF points to a DJGPP program that uses the Allegro library to
randomize logo.sys.  The LNKs are to various adbars and other services

Happens the same when StartUp is empty (dir /a shows _nothing_).
Still launches Explorer.exe

The only time Explorer.exe doesn't load is when I tell LILO to load
Linux or when I choose "command prompt only" from the Windows 98
startup menu.

dir /a (show all files including hidden files) puts the same thing.

Explorer.exe's view settings do not affect command.com nor vice versa.

As I said, dir /a doesn't reveal anything special.
