I think such a package would be useful.  The way to make a package
part of the DJGPP collection is to upload it to DJ Delorie's server
and send a message to DJ, so he could copy it to SimTel.NET.  The
details are explained in this URL:

For this package, I think the proper place would be the v2tk directory
on SimTel.
