OK, this is probably a really stupid question, but as a newbie I feel I'm
justified :-)

	What exactlly is DJGPP?  Is it a package consisting of several utilities
(binutils, etc.), ported from UNIX to DOS by DJ Delore, AND the GNU
compiler; or is the compiler also created by DJ Delorie.
