I hate to ask this because it seems lke such a FAQ, but I've been
looking and looking and looking for months now, in the info
documentation and in the faq and I've read all the threads of poeple
asking similar querstions, and Ive found the standard C library
reference, but I just can't find it. Where is the documentation for C++
?     I can get around in info OK but maybe I have the wrong idea about
C++, I thought there would be section about cout, etc etc.   Red
