`info' is in the Texinfo package, v2gnu/txi40b.zip; `man' is in
v2apps/man13b.zip. You can find this on SimTel.NET mirrors, the main mirror
is here:

  ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/

Note that `info' is a port of the original GNU package, while `man' is a
clone written from scratch (there's no GNU version of `man' AFAIK).
