This isn't true.  If your message bounced, please look at the reason
for the bounce.  If it didn't bounce, it was posted, but might take
time to propagate to all news feeds.

No, AFAIK the gateway passes all mail, not only from subscribers.  But
it filters spam, so if you message had some keywords it didn't like, it
could bounce, in which case it will be returned to you, the sender.
