I've spent about 2 days trying to install djgpp on my linux machine. (I'm
running suse 6.3)

I need to compile c code to run with dos so I thought this djgpp would be
ideal. the only problem is I can't get it to install. (if my computer had a
neck I'd probably choke it)

I'm using the instructions that I found at this address
www.delorie.com/howto/djgpp/linux-x-djgpp.html

I make it all the way to the part where you configure the binutils but it
fails because lex hasn't given a response.

I try and push on and when I try to configure gcc and run make I get these
errors:
(these are only part of the errors that I get. its seems that they just keep
repeating)

hash.c:279: Error: expected comma after name `' in .size directive

can anyone show me the light.
I would be forever thankful
