ext2tool_1_1.zip

This is go32-driven, which unfortunately crashes on my machine, and the
source
code will not produce a working program when recompiled.  But it does
work in
win95.

It does not mount the partition as a drive, it is a set of utilities
like mtools in UNIX.

www.softsystems.demon.co.uk has a SB16 emulator for W2K.  It is
shareware.

www.goldenhawk.de .. This has shareware programs to write ISO images to
SCSI CDR drives in DOS, ATAPI CDR drives in a DOS box, and also native
win32 versions of the software.

Some features are disabled but it will certainly write an ISO image.

Unclear.  I think there is incomplete DirectX support.
DirectSound is certainly know to cause problems.
